Ingredients

Base Ingredients:
  • 1-2 grams raw THCa flower
  • 2 cups coconut water, almond milk, or oat milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Optional Boosters:
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger


Directions

Step 1: Prep Your THCa
  1. Rinse THCa flower gently in cold water
  2. Pat dry with paper towels
  3. Remove any stems or seeds
