Return Policy
General Terms
All THCa flower sales are final once the package has been opened. Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened flower products.
Eligible Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be in original packaging with seals intact.
Original receipt or order confirmation required.
Batch numbers and labels must be fully legible.
Return Process
1.Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery.
2.Provide order number and reason for return.
3.Await return authorization and shipping instructions.
4.Return product in original sealed packaging.
5.Include original receipt with return package.
Refund Terms
Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
Processing time is 5-7 business days.
5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Defective products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Products damaged during shipping must be documented with photos.
Orders cancelled before shipping receive full refund minus processing fees.
No returns accepted on orders of 1 oz or greater.
Shipping Returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked shipping methods.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Returns must be shipped to our authorized return facility only.
This policy complies with federal and state regulations regarding hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight.
